We are all adapting to working from home on a global scale & it's a learning curve...
So, we thought we'd share with you all a few of the tips we've found helpful during this transition period!
• Keep to a routine.
• Exercise once a day.
• Read something non work related.
• Remember to take breaks.
• Rest your eyes.
• Get up and move.
• Remember to talk to colleagues daily, particularly if you're self-isolating alone.
• Have a designated work area and put away your laptop etc each night.
